Return Policy

1. Returns and Satisfaction Guarantee

• Lekr.co.za offers a 7-day money-back satisfaction guarantee for all purchases made on lekr.co.za.
• To initiate a return, notify us within 7 days of receiving your item. The returned item must reach us within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Returns are eligible for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Warranty

• All items come with a 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated.
• Warranty claims are processed directly by Lekr.co.za. Products may be replaced, repaired, or refunded depending on stock availability.
• Items must undergo evaluation by Lekr.co.za before a warranty claim is approved.

3. Return Process

• To return an item, email returns@lekr.co.za for assistance.
• Refunds are subject to inspection of the returned item(s). In some cases, items may need to be sent to the supplier for evaluation and testing, which can take up to 15 working days.
• Once a refund is approved, it may take 3-5 business days to process.

4. Restocking Fee and Packaging Requirements

• A 15% restocking fee applies if the returned item is no longer in brand-new condition or if the item’s seal or packaging has been broken.
• Please repackage items securely and include all original product packaging.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Electrical items are not returnable once opened.
